Before traveling to Bali there are some important travel requirements to keep in mind.

  1. Ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your planned stay.
  2. Check the visa requirements for your nationality, as some visitors may need to obtain a visa in advance or upon arrival (fees apply).
  3. It is recommended to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation, and any other unforeseen circumstances.
  4. Stay updated on any health and safety advisories and consider necessary vaccinations or medications.

Registration

Your conference registration includes the following:

  • Complimentary return transfers from Bali International Airport to the Ayana Hotel.
  • Complimentary hotel accommodation for approved nights (refer to invitation email or speak to your respective Channel Account Managers).
  • Complimentary meals and entertainment during the conference.

IMPORTANT: You are responsible for booking and paying for your own flights. We kindly ask you to book your flights prior to registration, as we require your flight information to facilitate transfer arrangements.

Yes, you are responsible for booking and paying for your own flights.

Yes, while you are on the hotel premises you will have access to complimentary Wi-Fi.

You should plan to arrive in time for your first scheduled meeting or session. Please refer to your invitation email and the conference schedule. If unsure, please speak to your respective Channel Account Manager.

If you are not a national of the 9 ASEAN countries or Timor Leste, you NEED a Visa to enter Indonesia and Bali. Which visa depends on your nationality, travel purpose and length of stay. Visit here for more information on visas.

As of 9th of June, travellers do NOT need to show proof of vaccination anymore. However the Indonesian government “suggests” to be fully vaccinated. Here is the link to the official statement from the government (in Bahasa Indonesia & English).

Complimentary airport transfers are available if the arrival date falls between 4 September and departure date falls before 7 September.

Yes, both events are mandatory for all conference delegates.

The dress code is business casual. Please keep in mind that Bali’s weather can be hot and humid, so we recommend wearing lightweight and comfortable clothing.

Check-in time is from 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, along with morning and afternoon refreshments are supplied throughout the duration of the conference.

The Check Point APAC Partner Conference 2023 is a by-invite-only business event for business professionals. Family members and/or friends may join you after the event is over, on 7 September, Thursday, should you choose to extend your stay.

All registrations must be submitted by 11 August 2023, Friday. To do so, please complete the registration form found on this page, together with your flight details.

The cancellation deadline is 11 August 2023, Friday. For all cancellations, we require you to propose a substitute to take your place at the conference and represent your company. All substitutions are subject to approval by Check Point. A fee of USD $1,200 will be charged for all cancellations after 11 August 2023, Friday.

Any dietary restrictions should be communicated in the registration form. We will endeavour to ensure any allergies are acknowledged and supported throughout the event.

We are positive that our event will go ahead as planned, but in case a force majeure event disrupts our schedules we will communicate the alternative date to all guests as soon as possible.
